Delivery Time: Orders placed on our website will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you can expect your delivery within 14 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders within our delivery area.(We do not ship to Asia, Africa, Russia, South America, and Mexico at the moment)

Secure Packaging: All our products are packaged with care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Non-Delivery: In rare cases where the product does not reach you within the stipulated time frame, please contact our customer support at basigu@basigu-support.com within 30 days of placing your order. We will investigate the issue promptly.

Options in Case of Non-Delivery: If the product does not reach you within the specified time frame and after our investigation, we are unable to deliver the item, you have the following options:

  1. Reshipment: We can resend the product to you, and we will cover the shipping costs for the reshipment.

  2. Store Credit: Alternatively, you can choose to receive a store credit of the same value as the undelivered item. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

Important Note: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We will not be responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
